How Do We Do It?

We use INK AGAIN to print our material using refilled waterproof ink cartridges and AA paper.
We send your advertisement out with others in an A5 catalogue format which saves significantly on delivery costs.

ARTWORK

We use Illustrator to layout our artwork for printing. You can submit a variety of formats or send us the components (logo, text & graphics) for us to layout for you. There is a modest charge to layout your advertisement from components of :

$11.00 for an A6 advertisement
$22.00 for an A5 advertisement
$38.50 for an A4 advertisement
$55.00 for a double sided A4 advertisement

The size for an A6 advertisement to fit our template is 100mm x 140mm in landscape orientation. This allows for bleed and guillotine.

The size for an A5 advertisement to fit our template is 140mm x 200mm in portrait orientation. This allows for bleed and guillotine.

The size for an A4 advertisement to fit our template is 290mm x 200mm in landscape orientation. This allows for bleed and guillotine.

Our printing needs a 5mm border in from each edge. Our printers cannot print right to the edge on 80gsm paper.

Please make sure that you embed all required fonts into the saved version of your artwork file.

Publisher

If you submit your artwork using Publisher we require your file to be saved as a Publisher 2000 file (all later versions can back save to this format - we can open earlier versions with our 2000 version) Please make sure that you embed all required fonts and graphics (use the pack and go command under file)

Word

If you are going to submit your artwork using word, please embed any required fonts and keep to the sizes stated above.

Photoshop

If you are going to submit your artwork using photoshop, please embed any required fonts and keep to the sizes stated above.

CorelDraw

If you are going to submit your artwork using CorelDraw, please embed any required fonts and keep to the sizes stated above.

Other

If you are going to submit your artwork using some other graphic program i.e. pdf etc, please embed any required fonts and keep to the sizes stated above.

RESDIRECT CATALOGUE

The RESDIRECT Catalogue is a very cost effective way to target your marketing to various areas around Geelong. You can pick and choose from our delivery schedule.

Prices for inclusion in one of the RESDIRECT Catalogues are:

A6 - $125.00 per delivery Area

A5 - $250.00 per delivery Area

A4 - $500.00 per delivery Area (Centre Page)

Discounted prices are available for those wishing to enter a 12 month delivery contract.

Your Own Mail-out

We are now able to offer your own mail-out (not shared) at very competitive prices
We can print (using waterproof ink) and mail-out the following items to any of the RESDIRECT Areas

DLDS-CL (dl, double sided, 100gsm white paper, colour inkjet print) on Special at $99 per thousand (normally $110.00 per 1,000)

DLSS-CL (dl, single sided, 100gsm white paper, colour inkjet print) $88 per thousand

A43-CL (A4, double sided, 3-fold brochure, 100gsm white paper, colour inkjet print) $275 per thousand

A5-CAT (A5 catalogue inkjet printed) - $275 per A4 double sided print (same as 4 x A5 pages) per thousand

DEADLINES

The approved artwork deadline for the February 2012 catalogue going out to Herne Hill, Manifold Heights, Hamlyn Heights and Nth Geelong is the 31st of January 2012. Please make sure that you have approved artwork before this date to ensure your place in this important mailout.
