How Do We Do It?

We use INK AGAIN to print our material using refilled ink cartridges and AA, high quality hi-resolution and glossy papers.
We send your flyer out with others in a colourful laser printed envelope - this keeps all of the printed material dry and saves significantly on delivery costs.

ARTWORK

We use CorelDraw to layout our artwork for printing. You can submit a variety of formats or send us the components (logo, text & graphics) for us to layout for you. There is a modest charge to layout your mail from components of :

$11.00 for a dl flyer
$20.00 for a double sided dl flyer
$20.00 for an A4 side
$38.50 for a double sided A4

The basic size for a dl flyer to fit our template is 90mm x 200mm. This allows for bleed and guillotine.

A4 printing needs a 5mm border in from each edge. Our printers cannot print right to the edge on 80gsm paper.

Please make sure that you embed all required fonts into the saved version of your artwork file.

Publisher

If you submit your artwork using Publisher we require your file to be saved as a Publisher 2000 file (all later versions can back save to this format - we can open earlier versions with our 2000 version) Please make sure that you embed all required fonts and graphics (use the pack and go command under file)

Word

If you are going to submit your artwork using word, please embed any required fonts and keep to the 90mm x 200mm limit for dl flyers or keep a 5mm gutter around A4 artwork.

Photoshop

If you are going to submit your artwork using photoshop, please embed any required fonts and keep to the 90mm x 200mm limit for dl flyers or keep a 5mm gutter around A4 artwork.

CorelDraw

If you are going to submit your artwork using CorelDraw, please embed any required fonts and keep to the 90mm x 200mm limit for dl flyers or keep a 5mm gutter around A4 artwork.

Other

If you are going to submit your artwork using some other graphic program i.e. pdf etc, please embed any required fonts and keep to the 90mm x 200mm limit for dl flyers or keep a 5mm gutter around A4 artwork.

The following prices for dl prints are all in Australian dollars and include GST and delivery to your chosen area/s. Single sided prints may have another business advertised on the other side.

DLGL-CL (dl, single sided, Glossy Photo 260gsm white paper, colour inkjet print) $0.22 each (only one side is printable)
DLCL-LS (dl, single sided, AA 80gsm coloured paper, black laser print) $0.044 each
DLCL-LS2 (dl, double sided, AA 80gsm coloured paper, black laser print) $0.077 each

DEADLINES

The approved artwork deadline for the December mailout is the 15th of November 2009. Please make sure that you have approved artwork before this date to ensure your place in this important Summer mailout.
